Xyngular and XMD
I tried Xyngular products years ago and while I love the products, I never chose to purchase through them. Recently I found them again because they now offer a peptide service. I have been reintroduced to their products and am very impressed. They are one of my favorite companies because they 1. offer clean supplements, and 2. they offer peptide support! If you click on the link below, you can shop supplements that are amazing for gut support, overall health, and sign up for peptides with trusted doctors with 24/7 support, and compounded vials. They only offer FDA approved peptides.
Some of my favorites: their probiotics, their clear protein, and their trimstix
I found Melalueca while we lived in Colorado and my amazing fitness/health coach introduced me to the products. My whole family looks forward to our order each month. They offer so many things free of chemicals and dyes.
Some of my favorites are: the laundry soap, soaps and lotions, essential oil diffusing oils, creatine, and clean pre workout. My kids love the kids probiotics and electrolytes. One of my favorite thing they do is offer vitamin packs for men and women for am/pm.
Melalueca
I found this company when I was pregnant with Kitson. Rather than pre-natals, I used the Lifeblood and Beef Organs instead. I have a history of being low in stored iron and the combo of these two got my iron stores “normal” for the first time in my life. All their products are fantastic!
Here is a brief summary of the company:Heart & Soil is a supplement company founded by Paul Saladino that focuses on freeze-dried, grass-fed bovine organ supplements. The philosophy is rooted in an "animal-based" approach to nutrition, with the belief that organ meats provide a dense source of naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, peptides, and other nutrients that many people don't regularly eat. The company emphasizes regeneratively raised cattle and freeze-drying to preserve nutrients.
Some of their most popular products include:
Beef Organs – A blend of liver, heart, kidney, pancreas, and spleen that's marketed as a "food-based multivitamin."
Her Package – A blend of female reproductive organs and liver intended to support women's health.
Whole Package – A broad-spectrum blend of multiple organs for overall wellness.
Firestarter – Includes metabolically active tissues like thyroid and adrenal, marketed for metabolism support.
Lifeblood – Focuses on liver and spleen to support iron status and red blood cell production.

Ballerina Farms
I love these products! After a journey of trying to find the best protein, Brigz and I both gave this one the badge of “best, creamiest protein”. We personally love the strawberry cream, but highly recommend buying the trial pack. They are all delicious!
They also have my favorite electrolytes. I love the trial pack of these also. My favorite flavor is lemon-lime basil.
From a product standpoint, Ballerina Farm offers simple, whole-food–focused items like pasture-raised meats, protein powders, electrolytes, and baking mixes. Their protein and electrolyte products emphasize clean sourcing, minimal ingredients, and nutrient density rather than heavy processing or additives. Overall, the brand is built around straightforward, farm-sourced nutrition that fits a traditional, whole-food lifestyle.
We use Thrive market to get groceries shipped to our front door (or actually 11 miles away to the mailbox since we live in the boonies…). If you are trying to eat whole, real foods or have limitations with food, this service is a must. I can select the ingredients I don’t want to have in our lives and it narrows it down for us. Our favorite foods are the kid snacks, Zack’s Mighty Chips, and more. I just signed up as an affiliate with them. I should have a code soon!

We use Green Chef for our meal delivery service. I love it for so many reasons… we are so busy with sports, ranching, working, and all the things. Not having to plan meals simplifies it for me. I only buy one box a month and look forward to that week every time! I love that we can get a variety from beef (if you are a rancher, you know…) and have fish, shrimp, and chicken for a few meals a month. The food is delicious and high quality ingredients.

nutrition
"Every bite is information. Food tells your body whether to build, repair, or simply survive."
I believe God knew what He was doing when He created food. Somewhere along the way, we've made nutrition incredibly complicated, but I think the foundation is actually pretty simple: start with the foods He gave us. Quality meat, colorful fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, herbs, and foods that come from the earth—not a chemistry lab. I also believe in honoring the whole animal by enjoying a variety of cuts, including nutrient-dense organ meats, the way many traditional cultures have for generations. They're some of the most vitamin-rich foods on the planet, and they're too valuable to overlook.
But here's where my inner Fit Nerd gets excited: God didn't create us as carbon copies. He created us wonderfully unique. Our genetics, microbiome, hormones, lifestyle, and activity levels all influence how we process food and what helps us thrive. That's why I love digging into the science. Understanding how your body works doesn't replace faith—it deepens our appreciation for the incredible design we've been given. My goal isn't to hand you another trendy diet. It's to help you understand your biology so you can eat with confidence, fuel your body well, and steward the health God entrusted to you.
It can feel overwhelming to know where to start when it comes to your health—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
In a coaching consultation, we’ll look at where you are right now, what’s been holding you back, and what steps make the most sense for you moving forward. Together, we’ll help clarify your goals, simplify your next steps, and build a realistic path toward feeling better in your body and your health.
This is a supportive, no-pressure space to get clarity, direction, and honest guidance. Book a consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit for your journey. If you decide we would make a good team, lets partner up. I can coach you in the areas needed- fitness, nutrition, over all health, hormones, peptides, and goal setting. Lets team up to make you the happiest, healthiest version of yourself!
Health Coaching
There’s a lot of information out there about peptides, and it’s not always easy to know what’s real, what applies to you, or where to even begin. To add to the confusion, there are many individuals that are abusing peptides, giving them a bad name as well as others giving false information about what they actually can and cannot do.
My goal is to help guide you through that confusion with clarity and simplicity. I work alongside a trusted partner company to help you understand what peptides are, how they may support your health goals, and whether they’re appropriate for you.
This is not about hype or quick fixes—it’s about education, safety, and making informed decisions for your own body. If you’re curious but unsure where to start, you can book a consultation through the link below to explore your options and get personalized guidance in a supportive, straightforward way. Fitness
Fitness has been a foundational part of my own health journey, and I believe movement should feel both effective and sustainable—not overwhelming or confusing.
Through coaching, I help women build strength, confidence, and consistency with programs tailored to their lifestyle, goals, and current fitness level. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your training further, I focus on simple, intentional programming that supports real-life results.
This isn’t about extremes—it’s about building a strong, capable body through smart training, progressive strength work, and habits you can maintain long-term.
If you’re looking for guidance, accountability, or a structured plan, you can book a consultation to see what coaching option is the best fit for you.
Testing
Understanding your health at a deeper level often starts with the right information. Genetic and blood testing can offer valuable insight into how your body is wired, what it may be missing, and where imbalances could be affecting how you feel day to day.
I often recommend testing as a tool to help remove the guesswork. Genetic testing can help identify tendencies related to metabolism, nutrient needs, inflammation, and other foundational pathways. Blood work provides a real-time snapshot of what’s happening in your body right now—things like hormones, iron levels, thyroid function, blood sugar, and overall metabolic health.
When used together, these tools can help create a more personalized approach to nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation. My goal is to help you understand your results in a simple, practical way so you can make informed decisions and take clear next steps in your health journey.
If nutrition is the foundation, then supplements are exactly what their name suggests—they're meant to supplement, not replace, a healthy diet. I believe the majority of our nutrients should come from real, whole foods that God provided, because no capsule can fully replicate the complexity of a nutrient-dense meal. That said, we don't live in a perfect world. Our soils aren't as nutrient-rich as they once were, our food often travels thousands of miles before it reaches our plates, and many of us are under more stress than ever before. Supplements can be an incredible tool to help fill nutritional gaps and support our bodies when used intentionally.
My approach is simple: I don't believe in taking supplements just because they're trending. I want to know why you're taking them, whether the ingredients are backed by science, and if they actually fit your individual needs. Your genetics, lifestyle, diet, and health goals all matter. The best supplement isn't necessarily the most expensive or the one with the biggest marketing budget—it's the one that provides high-quality, bioavailable ingredients and serves a purpose. My goal is to help you cut through the noise, understand the science, and build a supplement routine that complements a healthy lifestyle instead of trying to replace it.
